I am an Associate Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Hawai’i. I help those who feel stuck and lost find direction, clarity, and empowerment for their lives. Whether you want coaching to give guidance to your future or counseling to help heal the past, I’m here to walk alongside you.

My journey of coming here has always consisted of a love for helping people. That passion started with study abroad students, to teenage survivors of sex trafficking, survivors of sex assault, and mental health clients from all walks of life. I have had hundreds of conversations helping people receive empowerment, clarity, and emotional well-being in their lives.

I graduated from Liberty University with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and from Portland State University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration.
